Third-party testing means an independent accredited laboratory — with no financial stake in the outcome — analyzes the compound and issues a Certificate of Analysis. This eliminates the conflict of interest in self-reported purity numbers and is the gold standard in research-grade verification.

Yes. Every product page includes a downloadable COA specific to that production batch. Your order confirmation email also contains a direct link to the COA for each item purchased. If you need a COA and haven't received one, contact support.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry environment away from light. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days, or re-freeze for longer storage. Refer to each product's COA for specific handling notes.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that point the order will have been prepared for shipping. Contact support immediately if you need to make a change.

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened products cannot be returned.
