Due to the nature of research compounds, VexLabs has a strict refund and return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or temperature-compromised products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@vexlabs.shop with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review your claim and, if approved, reship the correct item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. VexLabs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. If you do not wish to reship, store credit will be issued minus original shipping fees.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@vexlabs.shop. After this window, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting VexLabs to resolve the issue is considered fraud. We maintain detailed records of all orders and communications. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and pursue recovery of funds.
